1. Characteristics
Uniform distribution of plastic particles with unified particle size
In additional to use in automobile parts and optical components for gap control, this product can be used in a wide range of applications
Various functions can be added by various metal coatings
▸Micropearl™ AU (metal coated product)
- Uniform particle size distribution: Coefficient of variation (Cv) ≤ 7%, gap can be controlled uniformly
- Wider range of particle sizes 2 μm to 600 μm
- Excellent voltage, heat resistance and chemical resistance
- Tracking resistance test： 600V
- It remains stable even at -40 ～200 ℃ conditions
- Product maintains performance stability against many organic solvents
- Metal coated type, particle adhesive products are also available
